Step inside the heart of the kitchen as Winstons plays host to a series of unforgettable dinners.
Kicking off on Wednesday, 12 June, Executive Chef, Nelly Robinson, is teaming up with two-hatted chef and TV personality, Colin Fassnidge (Four in Hand, Banksia Bistro, and My Kitchen Rules) for a one-off eight-course dinner.
Dishes alternate between the two chefs, showcasing their individual styles while paying homage to the classics that made their restaurants iconic. Highlights include Nelly’s prawn tart with caviar in a charcoal tartlet and Colin’s pig ear schnitzel with green sauce – a signature nod to his nose-to-tail cooking.
This debut event marks the first in a six-part series, pairing Nelly Robinson with a lineup of renowned chefs who’ve helped shape modern Australian dining. With each duo sharing culinary talent and a love of premium produce, each dinner will serve up inventive dishes, clever twists, and a few surprises.
